Title: change fleet leader

could anyone PLEASE tell me how to change the fleet leader in SFCII EAW campaign?
I think I clicked every single pixel on the supply screen as well as few others...
is it possible?

Never knew how to do it either. I think its something you'll just need to do in your fleet panel in battle.
