Title: Probably an old issue, please help.

Hi. I have gotten back into wanting to play with my old Starfleet Command series games after many years, and I find that I am unable to get it to work (what else is new with this old buggy software?)

I am running Windows XP, SP3, on a Dell laptop. When installing, the screen to enter the keycode never came up, and now when I run the game I am not able to select skirmish or campaign mode.

I disabled my antivirus program and patched to 1.03, no effect.

Is there any way to correct this situation?

Thanks, that did it. I had visual themes turned off, as well as advanced text to no avail. I had been using both Win 95 and Win 98/ME compatibility. Turning off the compatibility mode did the trick.
