OK, here is what you do. You download and install Dropbox. You make a pack of a model and related parts, finished or not. You put it in your Dropbox public folder and post a thread with a screenshot and a link to the file. You leave it up for as long as you want and then swap it out with a new pack when you get time or feel like doing it. Start with the most complete, and work your way to the dregs. Call the thread "Fallen Warrior's Grab-Bag." Note that any release someone generates from the material must credit the modders you listed above.
Here are the advantages:
1. It will liven up this forum.
2. People will get credit for their hard work which may not happen if it stays on your hard drive.
3. Some people may run with it and produce something even better than was originally envisioned.
4. You won't feel so bad when that day comes when your hard drive crashes, because you will know the best stuff has been picked up by the people who really appreciate it.

I voted release it in packs ,BUT dont shrink it down, just make it race compatable. Try and release 1 race at a time. God dont do what i have been trying to do for soooo long
multiplex , finish one go to next .Dont work on 15 at once brain fryed is the result.

Having almost lost all my work from a Virus not to lonag ago I vote release it now. You can always go back and finish it later but once its out you won't have to worry about a HD crash wiping it all out

I'd combine the two.
a) Finished models
b) Unfinished models
Two model packs, and then they're out there. Then you, or everyone, can work on finishing the unfinished model pack. :)

I've seen what happens to unfinished works... They normally remain in that state. All I've been needing help with (to complete the whole mod) is HP'ing and specting and some mapping here and there. All of which I can't do.
I can HP.. both SFC 1/2 and 3. :)
Spec'ing.. done a bit but not much.
Mapping, depends on how complex the mesh is, usually I have to break it down to get things fixed, and if it's all one texture, I have a lot harder time with it ('cause I've never been shown how to map with one texture). :p
But I might be able to help.. keep in mind, I helped Nanner (and did a lot of kitbashes) for Generations at War. :D

That's an awesome offer. As for mapping 1 texture per model is so not my thing. I like my models to be kitbashable :P We should deffinately sort out trying to get something sorted although i think it will have to wait till after the 15th of october so i can relax for a couple of days after the wedding and such. but yeah coolies. Thanks again Alec
Kitbashable to me is a requirement if you want a mesh to be used long term. I have an idea for an update on something (actually, in this case, it'd be a "devolvement") that I've been wanting to do for a while. Just need to find the right parts. May try creating some, we'll see.
After October 15th sounds good to me.. work is really busy right now and home life is same. My hoped "time to colour match" thing got pushed aside for sleep and multiple hour drives. :p
