Title: Starfleet Command for sale on www.old-games.com?

I was looking to purchase Klingon Academy and came across http://www.old-games.com/download/6619/star-trek-starfleet-command-2 (http://www.old-games.com/download/6619/star-trek-starfleet-command-2)

Old-games.com surely doesn't have permission to sell & distribute the Starfleet Command series.

According to Frey all SFC titles have been abandoned. That might make it legal or small enough potatoes not to have them go after it.

There's no legal recognition of "abandonware" but generally only copyright trolls and the like tend to care about such "old/dead" software. They'd be viewed as any other torrent or warez site.
