Post by: Raven Night on March 18, 2003, 02:09:35 pm
We have a bunch of new concepts listed at Nightsoft, including some touch ups of current designs, as well as a few new Feds, Klingons, Romulans, Tholians and Gorn. Pop over and take a look.

I'll start with the last concept working my way back up till the concepts i remember having seen already.

The Vengence of Metal class:

Although i truly love the rear/engine(ering) area, the head "feels" more cardassian as klingon. I think it would look better with the wind series head section.

The struggle for Honour class transport:

I'm sorry for brigging up this comment again since you've heard that one before: It's a rom with klingon textures imho not a klingon. Esp. the side view

The hammer of honour class:

Eeemm... again with the not liking of the head section and loving the egine(ering) area. The head makes it look like a bug and those are reserved for the Jem'Hadar

noH'pln'a':

Although it's head section is a lot like the Hammer of honours' i like this one mucho better. Still i love the head section you designed for the wind series better so i'd like to see an alternative concept of this vessel with that head.

Qoj'etlh & vajka' :

Me like. Don't change a thing

The heart of fire class:

mmmm.. i could get used to this as a small attack vessel, similar to the defiant. Still not as good as many as your other klingon designs imho.

Comment on all designcomments: You are my favorite klingon designer so you have though standards to meet for me. Still as i can see (esp. regarding the wind series) they are not wasted on you. So keep up the good work and i'll continue to try and get my friend with moddeling skills to start on your designs.

Holy [censored]!!! The Determination-Class is my favorite; all those Saber-Class concept refits! I saw your Intrepid-Class / Sovereign-Class refits too! You're got quite the brain for nightmarish confrontational Mirror-Universe style designs! Nobody [censored] with *this* guy!

For years I have felt that adding another post that echoes how I feel about something was a waste of space and foolish.  Maybe Maybe not
I now think I should have beenadding posts in tribute to those people that put in the time and hardwork into creating such models....
Anyway Raven, love the Scopion if I ever traded in my uniform I would fly this .... but the Nethak and Dveth are awesome ships. I have not outgrown my love for the simple design of the BoP . I tend to look for variations or similar shape styles to play . Once again Thanks you
