Geez, what are you reprobates doing still up?

The DOE Download files are uploading now.  FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DON'T TRY TO DOWNLOAD YET!!!!  DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH TROUBLE IT CAUSES MY POOR FILES WHEN YOU TRY TO DOWNLOAD THEM BEFORE THEY ARE DONE UPLOADING???!!!

Yeah yeah, I know.  It's my own fault because I shouldn't have put up the corrected downloads page before I was done uploading the files.  In any event, I've got a slow upload on my public ftp site, but it shouldn't be too long now.  I can see the little bytes uploading as we speak.
