if you tell me how, i have a temp channel up righ tnow    192.168.1.101:3782/DOE

That won't work, as it is the internal private IP of your system. You would need to tell us what your external IP is on your router.  Go to your router admin page and click the "status" tab, the address we need is the WAN IP Address. Also, you need to have port 3782 forwarded and I believe port triggering enabled for that port as well.

24.216.138.12           when i make a rw channel it gives me  the default fake ip adress, i was wondering bout it, but yeah......... there ya go^^^
