J'inn. Try deleting all of HB's swapping files you may have had from 4P or the wargamer Doe. Then try again as if you never d/l'd any of the stuff, d/l and unzip them all. Then do the FromEagle stuff and then the ToEagle soiftware.

In my last mission against a Rom ship I had clearly beaten, he was trying to run but was losing ground. Finally he (The AI, mind you) shouts "For the Glory of the Empire!" and HET's right into my fully-loaded plasma tubes. I nearly jumped out of my chair when I heard that come from my speakers. VERY COOL! Thank you!
