Title: modified SFC3 ships i've finished a couple but want to know how?

how do u take one part of a ship and add it to another ship?any help would be greatly appreciated and if u happen to know of a tutorial or something also let me know.

by the way i have these programs 3dsmax4  paint shop pro7 and a few others
