Title: Searching for a copy of EAW

I need a replacement for the CD I lost long ago when I had my house fire.

The installed copy finally bit it when it crashed on me as I played a single player campaign on my laptop in the terminal at LAX. The program won't even open anymore. It was one of my favorite time killers while traveling and now it is gone.
 

Anyone have an extra copy they are willing to part with at a reasonable price?

have you tried the usual ebay or amazon?

Interplay is selling new copies at $9.95 (but charges 4.99 for shipping...)

I was not aware of that. I figured since it was such an old title that it was no longer available retail.

I still find EAW stocked at Microcenter.  It's on the "current titles" shelves rather than the discount shelves, but don't let that fool you.  They've given it just as heavy a discount as they have OP.  You can buy it there for around $20.00 US.

It's been a few months since I've been to CompUSA, but last time I was there they still stocked it as well.  You can search CompUSA online to see if they have a copy in a store near you.

I had checked CompUSA last weekend and they did not have any copies in the store I visited.

I decided to stop by Fry's on the way home tonight. I'm glad I did.

SFC2:EAW, Homeworld and Homeworld:Cataclysm, each priced at $9.99

OK, I'm going off to install EAW...
