Title: Killing Borg Officers when Borg ship still has armor

Has anyone here noticed that you can kill Borg officers easily with Quantum torpedoes, even when the Borg has full armor? Is this a feature? The technique is simple yet affective. I do not yet know if other heavies have this capability. Initial testing indicatest that the plasma does not have the capability nor does the Fed Photon. If they do, it appears to be at a lower rate. As for the Quantums, you can pretty much take out 1-3 officers a volley. It appears the technique works on other races, but your volley cannot hit any shield, no matter how little.

Are you playing with the patched SFC3 or prepatched?

I am playing with the patch, no mods.

Speaking as a borg (a MALE borg, Tulmahk ),

I cannot verify this. I've been hit with many many quantums, both AI and human, and have not found this to be the case. Curious that you're noticing it. Are you flying with Level 1 armor or something?

I think you need to patch up buddy. This is a pre-patch error.

Strictly speaking the Borg shouldn't have officers at all, as killing any individual drone shouldn't have any effect on the performance of the collective.
