Title: fireing when cloaked

is it possibel to fire when cloaked in sfc3 if so how

good question;.... hmmm.. not to stop you form looking, but I have been attempting to mod the game a la TNZ or Dominion Wars- I think I have opened about every file openable in the game, and haven't seen anything about it at all-otherwise I would have messed with it myself, just for fun...ha ha

This is not an official or professional answer- I am asking as well now.. can we fire, whilst being cloaked?

I've thought about this before too and I think that you can't change it.  It's probably hard-coded into the game.  Although I'd love it if it could be done.
