I have the one that just came out, but it wont work on my Voodoo

Yeah, CV needs DX9. I am planning to backconvert it to DX8 maybe in the next week. If DX8 games work on your Voodoo card (which they may or may not), then CV will work. Voodoos are very old card...

I have DX9, but i dont think DX9 and 3dfx get along...im lookin to replace my vid card with a Radeon 7000 as soon as i can find me a  AGP motherboard

You can get a PCI Radeon 7000 or better yet, there's the All-in-Wonder VE. It is PCI and the Radeon 7500 chip, not to mention the TV tuner functionality. And this one should be DX9 compatable too. It might be a little pricey at $129 USD. The normal Radeon 7500 PCI is $79 USD.

I saw a geforce4 for 79 USD at best buy too.

He needs a PCI card though. Was it a GF4 MX or a Ti?

For the DX8 version, I think I will take the extra time to rebuild the engine behind CV. It's a little 'hackish' right now, and model importing isn't as nice as I'd like it to be.
