Started December 23, 2003 as a gift from Eudoxia to Garreth. It still amazes me every time I think about that. Happy Anniversary, Eudoxia.

We aren't using a mod, unless you consider the new maps I've made, lol.
Seriously, we are running a straight up stock server upgraded to the 531 build. No LOS (at this time) even. No extra ships. Just old-fashioned, right out of the box (plus patches) game. I make the maps the same size as the really long gone Activision Server A (lots of room to play that way).
Keeping it simple cause I can't handle anything complicated. Just ask Gman ;D

Excuse me, is this the same Dox I used to fleet with as a Borg on the D3? If so, I'd like to say hello and hope to chat with ya in the future... PM me if you want! ;D

I've been hanging out at Alternate B as well.
Nice mix of new people and old vets. Back to basics feel. Tons of PvP.
If you want to go retro and play on a server the way the original Activision B should have been...this is the place.

You guys have done a great job with this server. Keep it up! Its really needed for the people that cant download all these huge mods, and will encourage more players to play this thing out of the box. :thumbsup:

Strange, I can't see the "Alternate B" server anymore... Crashed? Updating? Please bring it back up! I like the normal game without mods :D. (Most ship-mods are this ugly)
If you can't start the server, could you explain me?

My guess is it crashed. I've been at work all day, but the 7AM reboot should have brought it back on line.

I just started visiting the Dyna and i noticed your game. Is ever body welcome? Or do you have to be a member of a fleet?

I've been on alt B for the last 3-4 months and I just want to express my thanks to both Garreth and Eudoxia and to say congrats on keep the standard so high for the last 6 months ;D.

what i really need right now besides the drink is a phone line to run from my hotel room down to the beach...about 200 yards. that way i could blow something up while getting trashed ;)
