Title: Question on ship Size and shields

Just got my Gorn Dreadnought done; but when testing it, I saw that it hung out to the Middle row of shield lines both ways.

With all the patches and anti cheating code inplace does it matter if it fits inside the shield diagram or not ?.

I don't think it has any bearing on gameplay . its been so long since I've played with visible shields (since  early SFC1)  its hard to remember what they looked like. I  F9  everything during the game anyway...looks better. I wish there was a way to permanently turn off the turn radius,never saw any reason to have that anyway.
