For a secret project! If I tell you it's for my next Slave Girls server, I would be letting the secret out, so I wont say anything...
 
Need it in 3ds or .mod format...

Anyone out there have that sucker?

ALL the Klingon Academy Tholian Conversions by Dark Matrix are available at SFU. You need to do a search for Klingon Academy Tholians to call them up.
