Title: Primary Draft close date

House Leaders, have your lists ready by Friday.

My point is what is stopping players from not submitting to the draft and then just joining the server under whatever house they feel like flying for unless it's a closed server?

Those who miss both drafts and want to join after the server started must see Hooch (or people he designates) to be allocated a house. House allocation will be first be done in consultation with the House leaders, but essentially it will be whichever house has the least number of players.

No Klingon in his right mind would fall for such heinous dereliction of duty. Hoochimp, put on your spectacles and do your job. I will either draft you first or trade for you and make a misery out of your life should you cross me again. Be warned, foul smelling creature. Your stench compares not to the smell of House Dizaroma, the sweet smell of victory! I will turn you over to Kroma and let his olfactory sense of smells have his way with you if you are not careful.

Oh, and btw, if you ever hope to be Klingon, a true Klingon, you must answer THIS (http://www2.dw-world.de/english/miniquiz/25/1.1.html) test and score 100%.
