Title asks it all, but if you missed it

What year is SFB's year "Y" ? (compared to SFC years)

The "Y" is just short for "Year", so Y163 is Year 163, which translates to 2263 in SFC, which translates to 0 in the YFA/YLA boxes in ShipEdit, ie, 2275 is shown as 12.  I think that covers the bases.
