You will be able to build 2x DN's next cycle which brings up this interesting piont I have been debating. What will be the upper limit on DN's that may be flown on the map at the same time for each faction? And I was thinking BB's should be exempt. So how many DN's do we want to see? At this point, this topic is open for discussion, quick and dirty.

For tonights build, which takes place in 2273, which integer game year is the *biggest* that I can order?
I'm stuck at work with nothing but a shiplsit, and I can't remember whether the year counter array really starts at 0 or if it starts at 1, nor am I positive which calendar date is for year 1.
Can I build ships up to year 10?
Can I build ships up to year 11?
Can I build ships up to year 12?
I'm pretty confident I can't build ships with an FYA of 13.

Although being able to do 31 holding 4 Photons and 1 ecm with 8Ph1's and 2 Drone racks, and of course effectively 2AMD
in 66 might not concern people as much as I think it will.
The F-CS should be considered a specialty ship like a fast cruiser.
It would be nice to see at least 1 or 2 feds in another boat than this if they arnt flying a special or capital ship. :P

Ummm, I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings, Pardek...but the SUB is a BP ship, not a CP ship. It is marked in the shiplist as R-cSUB, the "c" meaning a capitol ship, meaning a BP ship. Sorry, brother.
It is, however, a 2 BP ship and not 3, so that's something. :)

I agree that the F-CS+ is a very good match versus the I-CAY, and I'm glad to have a balanced fight. I know in my loss to Die Hard his pilot skill was the reason for my defeat, and I don't hold the ship against him at all.
As for it being restricted in the future I think its more due to it being like a fast cruiser, and other fast cruisers are similarly restricted. Also one must not look at just the matchup vs one race but against all. I'm sure if the Klingons have their fast cruisers restricted in the future it would only be fair to do this to the CS+ in the future as well.
Don't restrict it on this server however as I feel that midserver changes are the biggest No No of all. I on't care if they help my side or not, they cause strife and are not worth it. Future servers, however, should consider restricting this ship in the fast cruiser style.

Actually I believe J'inns only died once this server.

Last round, the Feds built 2 BCFs (spent 4) and banked 3. Wouldn't that count as their waiver for the server?
If so, then why are they getting a DNH (3) and 2 BCFs (total of 4) this round? Isn't that spending more than 1/2 on a given ship hull (or do the 2 point or so still in the Fed bank allow them to get away with this...)

2) When ships can go from spacedock to player
3) When ships can go from player to spacedock
...so we don't have these issues.

Spacedock is ok. So long as it was in spacedock before 8AM, anyone can pick it up all day. After someone does, however, no one else can have it untill 8PM. Even if he only has it for one mission.
If someone was in the B11 unti nearly midnight, then no one else can have it until 8AM.
I'm too tired to double-check the error you found to see if we screwed up. If we did, dock us a VC point or something.

I know that most of gsa pilots (included me) needed some time to get used to this Dyna campaign and play according to the rules and if someone broke the rules he appologised.
So I really need to know just because the campaign uses your server u got the privilege to insult a whole community(not only PBR players the most of the gsa players is participating in this campaign) ?

All the ships transefered were FROM spacedock which you can do at any time.
all transfers done TO spacedock place the ship in dock until 8 AM or 8 PM and we have been follow this rule to the letter.

Agreed, the transfer rules are a bit convoluted anyway. A simple may only be transfer once or twice a day would have been much easier to deal with.

Why would you build a DNT? And what in the world made you'd think I'd fly it? I'm going to take the CLX out for a spin.
I could have sworn you (or someone else) had asked, very early in the server, for a DN, and being the DNT's the only DN with forward-facing S-torps, which makes it probably the most effective actual-DN we have, with the DNH in that same vicinity...
