Also we need to find someone to run it.

probably not until the fall sometime..........however,could we not have a pbr night in which fleets or members of fleet show up.just a fun nite,in which if only 1 player shows up from a fleet he can fly with another fleet,and to save arguements,all players could fly whatever race they want,so long as they stay within the pbr rules and tbpv??  any fleets or persons interested?
