Title: I have to share this Monitor Deal
Post by: Sirgod on January 04, 2009, 10:49:19 pm
I ordered this very monitor on Friday, and based on the reviews at newegg, it is a darn good one.

Runs as both a Monitor, and also as a HDTV.

That is not bad though , My 19" cost about that also. Went with a westinghouse lol. Only problem I have is that the stand is pretty crappy. I have this old 17" CRT that came with that PC my sis in law gave me. It is pretty neat to use, when playing Supreme Commander:Forged alliance, as It is just perfect for use as the mini map.

It also comes in handy with Keyclone (solid ice makes it) for when I run two or more accounts of WoW. I can just mouse over to the other monitor, and play the second toon, at the same time, I play my main on the 19" widescreen.

That's another good tool actually , Keyclone. esp. if you multi box like I do.

as for the other PC, I have been playing with Virtualization software, and have xp, vista, and Redhat on it. It is kinda neat to switch OS on the fly.

Wish I had the money for this baby.  I'm still using a 15 inch VGA LCD monitor.
