the kepler spacecraft has found 750 exoplanet candidates in just the first 43 days! this is the largest number of candidates announced at once and more than all the rest found so far.

just a nitpick, but you you should probably rephrase the subject there. Kepler found 750 stars that are candidates to have planets, not 750 planets themselves.
Though, at this rate of discovery, if only a fraction of those stars have planets, Kepler is gonna find alof of 'em....

I still stand by my post - it's not 750 exoplanets found, it's candidates. Subject header is misleading.
