against the wishes of congress and without congressional authorization, the head of nasa is visiting china to discuss the possiblity of cooperative missions and possible chinese involvement with the ISS. this could get interesting folks. i like how they pointed out in the slashdot.org article about it that they are doing this after congress poleaxed nasa funding. i would argue that they have to do something! money needs to come from somewhere!
