Title: Orion Pirates (or EAW?) Manual for Marketplace Download Purchase?

Past posts I searched said the game manual was on the CD for later prints of the game, but the manuals on the download ISO files once written to disk are only for the SFB table game, and once installed they are not there either.  Fileplanet reports the link mentioned elsewhere here as dead.

The strategy guide download provides some info, but not the basics.  Any current info on where to get a copy of the manual?
