We'll be announcing the official OPEN Beta for Starfleet Command : Community Edition within the nex... erm, well I guess I just did :)

Look for specifics (dates, downloads, times)  HERE   (http://www.dynaverse.net/forum/index.php/topic,163392808.0.html) soon.

The above thread has been updated with new information regarding the specifics of downloading, installing and configuring your SFC:CE Open beta client for testing!
