Title: Non Disclosure
Post by: [UFP]Exeter on July 08, 2014, 10:28:59 am
We are at a point where a NDA becomes necessary,as there may be releases of code and test versions.  If you agree just read and fill in the information and PM to me. At the end of the first paragraph add this line:

" relating to the development , testing and design of a project called Starfleet Command 4."

Better repost the system specs here. No use sending out stuff to people that can't run it.

I just realized that you can't send attachments via PM. You need to think of something else, or is a copy/paste of the form in a PM a legal document?

True, but that doesn't solve the issue. We can send them to you in PM's or email the form back to you. Your choice.

I would assume that an actual signature is required, that's why I was asking about how to handle this. It needs to be binding or it's useless.

I'm not signing a "blank check" of an NDA.  If you can't make it more specific I've gotta be out.

Just copy and paste the form into the  PM and send. It counts as legal from what Exeter said.

Hi, I'm new here and I would like to sign the document for testing purposes only.

Can I do that, or should I wait until you guys have something playable in your hands? Sadly I can give you only this kind of support.

That kind of support is fine. It is ultimately up to Exeter to make that call. I'll speak with him as soon as I can. Thanks for showing interest.
