;D Nicely done!
A lot less fan boyish than the over weaponized original.
It is going to be a damn shame to have to blow this up...
-
Wow, that's an huge ship.
Very good looking.
Have you thought in merging the nacelles in each side?
-
Yes, like it was just one massive and robust piece. "Tankish" style. Some have small wheels and other have big ones.
But its just me giving ideias ;D
I like it.

Need 4 more engine power points at least, if only to hold the 4 extra photons when loaded.

OK, back when Oceankayne posted up a similar version of this design, a little over a year ago:

I suggested this modification to the rear landing bays, essentially extending/adding a landing platform between the two shuttle bay door platforms. Note that the upper center (fighter) bay door folds down onto the platform, hence the 'lighter pad/area' on the center platform...

I'm suggesting this idea again, as I still think it looks cool!
;)
The lower rear center bay door could perhaps similarly fold upwards against the bottom of the platform, if you like the concept...

Nice work.
I made an SFB-inspired Gorn CA model a very long time ago with Milkshape because I wasn't thrilled about 14 Degrees East's alligator/stapler model. But over time, I have become very fond of these default Gorn models in SFC. Go figure.
Anyways, I think that Battleships look cluttered and fragile with 4 skinny warp nacelles. I wonder if these BB's would be more elegant and impressive with a pair of oversized warp engines, held in a V-orientation by sturdy pylons. Perhaps there are techno-babble limits to the maximum size of any warp engine (~16 SFB boxes?), and therefore the Dreadnoughts need 3 and the Battleships need 4. Shrug.
