Title: SFC2 keeps stopping

Does anyone know why SFC2 would be randomly stopping and crashing? I went through some guides on making sure it operates to peak performance on Windows 8, but every mission I go into it freezes up. Usually about 15-20 seconds into the mission. Any thoughts?

Go to your SFC2 directory, open sfc.ini in Notepad, and find where it says:

[Mouse]
async=1

change that to:

[Mouse]
async=0

Save, then run the game.
