Hello Bach. Ltns. What's up is still that feeling commanding a starship that you can't quite ever get out of your system that this game gave you and that no other game has come close to replicate. The feeling of engaging your enemy that wants to blast you into space dust just as much as you want to blast him and the hope that this game will evolve into something that will draft 6v6 players effortlessly, have a GUI for map, shiplst/ftrlist and mission making, that has updated graphics while retaining all the things that made this game great. Other than that, I'm with Tobin Dax. Great to see you pop in. Miss you and the FPF gang.

Not much and a lot happen.
Its been a year and a half that I move to another place a few streets from where I was. My tower stop working last year, the motherboard got 2 capacitor near the ram that pop up and I needed the cd of windows to boot.
I use old back up laptop since and putting down money for a new tower, but because of a high electric bill this winter it take more time to get a new com.
There was a roach problem that is "fix" at 99% but I have seen one dead last week, and the exterminator use are incompetent. I have try to tell the landlord but too stupid to open his eyes.
I have not install SFC on the com yet, just feeling lazy ^^ I think I have buy it here like two years ago and just don't feel like putting time on it. Beside this laptop need a clean up because the fan is noisy when I play any games or if I try to watch video on youtube or other stuff online.
Both laptop are like 8 years old and one I was force to change the HD since it was dying, on the other laptop I upgrade the ram to 6 gig.
I would need to change the audio jack on the main laptop since its broken and the speaker plug wont hold. My speakers are defectives (the base wont always work) Altec Lansing vs4121 good sound and good base ^^ I did try some Logitech speakers but was not impress by it.
Also it seem that I can't find the driver for the wi-fi on the other laptop, I use a old D-link key but it use a USB port and kinda in the way. Its a compaq Presario CQ57 I have check the website, but it seem that its not the right driver. Well its not like I go anywhere with it and I use it for the games since it wont make noise when I play games on it ^^

Hope it's not too late to jump in and say howdy!!
As for me .. I'm still messin' around with ship models:
1. USS Mako (Post TNG version of on of my favorite ships)
2. USS Missouri ( pretty much what you would expect for a BB in the time honored setting for this game. I resurrected the original concept and overhauled it... )
3. At least one Romulan ship … still messin' with a few ideas there.
4. Somewhere I've got a Klingon BB that needs to be redone!
I'm now semi-retired in RL …
I just finished remodeling my mom and dads place … they move in next week (God willing).
Looking for another Champion 201DC (1992 version) or Champion 203DC 2004 - 2007 MFD.

Other than that … an occasional fishing trip with a buddy of mine . ( I hope to go tomorrow at or about 4:30 AM )

Good seeing you again Buzzard. Adam, Carlos and Tar has been hex editing SFC and has made quite a few improvements. They do most of their work over at Pun’s place but usually double post here as well.

I am still finishing a major planet mod but have been fiddling with some kitbashing after some serious ennui from repetitive planet kitbashing.

The GOG modified version of SFC 1 runs fine on Windows 10.
