I remember that ship being posted here years ago, but can’t remember who did it.  I want to say it’s one of P81’s designs but can’t say for sure.  Just too long ago.  If you look back through the years, you might find.  Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful.

 It looks like a mixture of P81 and Atrahasis's work  I was hoping the person who kitbashed it was still here.
