Once again, fans make better Star Trek than CBS can with Discovery:

CBS is not interested in Star Trek the franchise, just as long as the name drop and association gets people to spend their money, that it.  ST as a franchise is essentially dead.  What CBS offers is Star Trek-like with "Starfleet" uniforms  that's it, and they've basically said as much.  The only official Trek, ironically, will come from fans from this point on.

Yes depending on your era as there are lots of those .I want to see Star Trek Kirk.

It's lost some video quality being dubbed down several generations back in the 80s, before being digitized, which caused some stutter.
