Over the past 2 weeks myself and Vic have been gutting out the STGD. Over 4gb of old mods dating back to BOTF (Birth of the Federation) and Armada 1, KA, EF and the rest of the older games have been deleted or moved to fileplanet to make way for the newer mods coming in. Current totoal diskspace in useage is just over 17gb, 4 gb of which is taken up by Chris Jones work in his own FTP.
Anyone downloading SFC 3 or SFC Series mods form the central STGD site (not the tri-mod yard) may experience the occaisional 404 error on the download link.
The download section of the site will also be updated to bring it inline with the rest of the site.
Feral Yards ships (all of them) will be added later on this weekend or at the end of the NDF Campaign as Vic is the Romulan RL...which means the rommies will probably lose
There is another 5 large shipyard sites for SFC 3 and SFC 2/OP whos ships will be added, and at Chris Jones request we have reopened the SFC 2 EAW and OP directory.
At the end of the updates to the trimod yards there will be a minimum of 700 ships in that yard.
At the end of the central STGD update youll be talking about a minimum of 1000 SFC series ships spanning from SFC 1 up to and including SFC 3.
Bases will also be included in the final tally.
