As the title of the thread says, What will it take for the modders of SFC3 to have new missions both in and out of campaign and also for the single player skirmish stuff?

Also Riptide mentioned to me he got several elements from Op such as planets and other goodies like pulsars, rifts and a couple of other things working in the SFC3 scripts. Who can help?
If its a matter of cost for motivation, how much?
