Thanx WZ!!! ;D Those ref.'s helped alot...the ones I had found didn't show the bottom. :lame: I still have a lot of detailing to do on the high poly mesh...probably going to go over 20,000 polies by the time I'm done. :P

This (textured) version was a lot easier to make after doing the high poly one...might have to do that more often, lol. :lol: How's the base texture look? Is it the right shade of grey/green?

The textures look good so far, I think the only thing they really need is a bit more blue/green in the base color. Also, there are two versions of the Vorcha, one for TNG and one for DS9. The only major difference is the DS9 version has red paneling and a slightly darker hull.

man she looks fantastic.  i would suggest a lil more green in the texture.  but ill probably kick myself for sugesting it then shes done

Just a quick note to let you know what's up... I'm back at work, after being out for a couple of weeks due toa back injury, and we just started a very big sales event, so haven't really had the time or inclination after work to do any more, but, I will probably get a chance to do a little tomorrow after work. :P

I'd love to have skills like yours or WZ's. All i have ever managed to create is a 4 nacelled version of 9 of 9's Negh'Var. And she needs massive optimising me thinks
