How do I get rid of or stop the side scrolling text.

I turn off all the unnecessary stuff, and that is unnecessary to me and distratcing.

Browse the Forum using Netscape 4.7.

None of that works.

Of course, the Forums don't work under Netscape 4.7 either, but that is not my problem.   ;D
