Ah. Ok. I thought it was pretty humorous, Spidy having to take an elevator to get down from the building. The scene where Pete turned his back on the guy getting mugged was sad and infuriating all at once...

The guy getting mugged scene did make me squirm in my seat...very uncomfortably.  The elevator scene was good, even if you didn't get the double entendre of the insider joke as well.  Overall a very satisfying movie, even if watching Toby Maquire in spandex hadn't been included.
