I had a problem a week ago with my being a lifer, and they putting adds and saying i was a non-subscriber. I went to options to correct this and it did not work as it kept telling me I did not have an account. A little later I found somewhere near the middle buttons along the top of the GSA there was a button where I could go and check my account info as per subscribed or not. BINGO, that one marked me as subscribed and I have not had any problems since. for those with this problem, try it.

I think the Dir. server might need a reboot, I can run a tracert to it, which is successful, I have no firewall or anything up, but I still get the firewall message.

The firewall message will actually appear everytime you cannot connect to the directory server and a firewall is only one reason for not doing so. It will also appear if you are not connected to the internet, or the directory server is not running, or if the directory server is still running but has locked up. Connecting to the directory server also requires the correct ports to be open, and a problem here (router, firewall or even ISP port blocks) will give the same result. |

Just an FYI, my sessions logged into thor keep terminating. Trying to do a DB clean on what I thought was a burpy server DB, but it turns out its looking more like a network issue. The forums are going up and down and XC's TS is up and down.
Rough ride. Not much I can do at this point... Anyone know what the issue is?
