One thing I have a question about...this is supposed to be a sister ship to the X-303, just modified slightly...but she looks bigger. Should I scale her a little larger than the X-303 I did, or go same size?

id say bigger the x303 prometheus is an experimental testbed, the Daedalus's ships are becoming more common ships for sgc's fleet, i would say she is bigger

Personally, I'd make the forward portion about the same size, basically the same hull with extra structures.  But that's just me.  The best thing would probably be to scale it so the windowes match.

Ok first off heres 1 way to make ur mesh look much better.... create an Omni light far away from the ship... change Shadows in the drop down box to 'Adv. Ray trace' and then go down to the 'Shadow Parameters' tab and change the density to 0.7 ad then render n it will look much better :)
