haven't checked the poly count, however i will be doing some chopping on the saucer as that was one of the areas i redid. but ya it is for sfc

any chance you'll keep this higher poly version? I wouldn't mind using it. Looks really sharp, espiecially for the quickness of the build.

aye, i'm keeping the high poly version, i had to drop the saucer down from 64 iterations to 32 in order to keep it under 10 k (sorry guys, atolm put shyt loads of detail and i can't cut any more polies lol)

the 64 iteration one would have been about 14 , the 32 before messing w/ other areas was 10 k, right now i got at 9.5 k

14k isn't all that bad if you consider a couple of atolms helions which exceeded 15k iirc.

I've looked at this 3 or 4 times now (at least) ... and I still see somthing better each time. Good clean lines ... excellent detail.
