No, this is his Kaldor. The apollo mesh was just finished aand I haven't recieved a copy yet.

ahh, he just redid the apollo and the merced's next. Lightning got his harddrive and wiped out the meshes, except the kaldor.

Hey all, I am the author of the Kaldor. As Starforce mentioned, my hardrive got deep fried from a lightning storm about a month ago, forcing me to buy a new comp. Fortunately, my Kaldor was on a different hardrive that didn't get nuked. However, my first two "official" models that I have made were on another hardrive that got superfried (I took my old pc to the Geek Squad at Best Buy to find out what was wrong with it and they said the whole thing jut lit up on fire when they powered it up

) Anyways, I re-did my Apollo Class Starship... so FW, if you want a better version of it, i got one. Infact, I'll just post the file here, with the Kaldor in 3ds format. I'll also post pics of the Apollo here as well.

Just one thing, those impuse engines look HUGE. They kinda look dispraportionate. The ship rocks though.

Yeah they are huge, but that's how the reference has them... and i don't like to tamper with the original design (especially if the designer requested their design to be made). This only took me a week to do.

I like the swing wing design, lowers the combat profile and helps protect those engines on head to head engagements. Impulse engines look fine to me. My guess is that this design is ment to replace the old battle wagon Excelisor design.

That Apollo-class is very pretty! Muchos Kudos on the design and construction.

As a personal preference I like the Ambassador-tech ship designs much more than the Galaxy-tech ones. In that vein, I have a request for you: Could you maybe do a Freedom-class destroyer with a modified Ambassador-class saucer like it's supposed to have, instead of te Galaxy-class saucer everyone else has given it? That would be great!
