SQL. Make forfeit penalty 75% of prestige.

Backup the database every hour.

I would go more along the lines of 95% prestige penalty ;) :P

and the poor guy who actually never did forfeit but got dragged to 0 due to lag timeout pays for it too.  but overall I like the idea of a %
