How to add a single mod to OP?

I know nothing about adding mods to the game. Is there anyone who might be able to explain it in simple terms?  I downloaded a Chandley Mod that Chis Jones did , but don't know what to do with it.     HELP!!!

Unless I've missed something, I was not aware that Chris Jones made his own FASA Chandley...

At any rate instructions shoud be in the Chandley's Readme file.
