Newbie...

Hey I just finished buying over 2K, worth of models on ebay..., I really want to make them as beautiful as I can, can anyone recommend the best type of paint, tools and glue that I should use, I heard spray paint is the best thing but real pricey and its for more expeienced people, but if thats the best I dont mind buying cheap airplane models to practice on before painting the starships...

Welcome aboard. Spray paint is ok for primer, but after that you should use an airbrush for best results.  I just bought an airbrush kit on ebay that comes with an instructional dvd.  If you're going to light any of your models, remember to spray the insides black, then silver if you like, to prevent light leakage and then to increase light reflection inside.  Check out the following forum for some tips.
