I tried downloading the newest one opplus+4.0, or something like that and I still have the same issue which is whenever i play the missions, like dark horizon or whatever, the model never appears, i even hear the shields go up but nothing, its really wierd, and I did it by the direction of chris jones, reinstalled from begining, installed 2500-2552, op4.0 part 1 and then part 2, and even rebooted it.... any clues guys...  thanks

Sounds like a missing model issue to me.

Use the model tester script to see what model is missing and then you may have to go into the model tester result file to find the Error generated from the missing model. Once you find out either replace the model completely or rename the exisiting mod file.

No offense to Chris Jones but sometimes the Megamods, like the TNG Mega mods,  that get release over look a model or two in the hundreds they try to let us use. IIRC, there are some untextured ships and some missing ships in that mod you mentioned. This is more true for mods over 2 years old in my experience.
