I found Stargate more enjoyable and better for repeat watching.

The Thing was one of the scariest movies I've ever seen.

I was expecting Big Trouble In Little China to be in this poll.  I love that movie!

Good movies nonetheless!

While I enjoyed the Stargate series more than the origional movie it still was very good, so Stargate i'd say.

Stargate was boring for me.  The Thing all the way on this one.
