Does any one remember Desty Nova releasing a 2pod version of the SFB Freighter for SFC  I have
the fleet dock 13 but they look scaled down next to his in gmax   :)

All Ive got is this single pod freaiter but from the looks of it you could bash out a double pod version without too much trouble

Thanks Starfox I have that also. That might be an idea to try using Gmax :)

Should be able to do that too, but it'll require some mods to his mesh.  All I've really done so far was duplicate the whole thing and remove the command pod from the back section.  :)

I could do that, but I'd want to contact Desty before releasing that as I'd be more substantially changing his work.  I'll work on it though and see where it'd go.  Most likely I'll not have the lattice type structure on the top oin this instance as Desty doesn't on his mesh either.  :/

I don't mind not having the lattice I'd rather have the structure on the top of the small pod but just enlarge
the mid-point square thing to encompass both pods.  Does that make any sense.

Yup, it makes sense.. quick and pretty dirty kitbash to match what you were mentioning.  I really don't want it to be perfect because I want Desty to come back and redo it.  ;)

Think of it as a place holder.  :D

Very nice work there I agree it would be nice to have Desty come back to do a few models. Steve Cole had him very busy doing
models and artwork for SFB though I haven't seen much from him lately.

Played around with it a bit more and then did up a render.  :D

I think if I send this out, it's only going to go to you Bernard.. I've done enough to this that it'd be a private kitbash only, otherwise I have to go after Desty for release permissions I think..

Just looked at his models. He only made the small freighter.

His models are HERE.
