I see three possible models:

Cardassian

Ferengi if the model flies backwards...

Andromedan if you cut the tail off

Are you going to convert ST: Tactical Assault ships next?

Keldon class export out seems the game does the glows have to edit the mesh a little and make some glow maps
plus need a little retexture as well

PLUS abit of Editing we get a Galor class as well

models aint mine I`m just the person working out how to get them out of one game in to other take a lot of work sometime
but its worth it too get some new ships

Dominion ship exported out as you see needs a lot of retexturing done too it

Exporting from Invasion is totally different from Conquest is a wii game which I`m not going to say how I do it that I just know how

but Invasion is a PS1 game totally different setup needed and as of yet I`ve not worked out how to do it

2.Obelisk and Rectangle I`ll have to reinstall the game took it out awhile ago I rembered why they aint done I could not do them but I have other way I think I can now

Jem`Hadar ship released The second one had to do a lot of retexturing on this one it did not come out too good
had to go with what I had to work with so its not 100% to the show so its a refit

well got this much done on the scout after a hr redid the texture map from 128x128 to 512x512 its pretty much a full new texture think its still needs a little more work

For scaling anything I always load the Stock Fca (enterprise) and scale up or down for size I need its the way I`ve

I retextured the Orion Scout. I did not know that this ship was featured in ST: Enterprise. That makes it a canon ship so I am reverting back to my previous PDX. I image that this is capable of planetary landings. What you can't see is the Warp engines partially recessed in the belly of this fine ship.

DD I will put this in my retexture files on Dropbox with the updated readme. Did you get the OLD Conversions you did that are in the SFC3 file in my Dropbox? The Targwahm from Klingon Academy needs to be resized. Its as big as a frigate... I want to use it as my stock fighter and bump the game one to a KPF...

Fighters and shuttles usually have small textures and low polies since you can barely see them up close.

I believe the limitation is not the model polycount itself but the ability of the game engine to handle the number of ships/fighters in game.

Ten years ago, I remember playing a game where there was so much on screen that it frame skipped until ships were destroyed and there was less to render. I doubt my current PC would have this problem.

The base models DD has historically extracted from other Trek games don't tend to be all that big. I was just looking at this as an experiment and he'd be in the best position to advise.

Primate Cruiser game rdy as well that's all the xindi ships done

Primate Cruiser was abit of a nightmare missing parts of the ship and just downright bad textures done the best I can with it
grey and brown versions I redid it for the brown version as most primate ships I`ve seen are brown and yellow in colour so 2 to pick from
just incase somebody likes it

on a side note the model is a lot better then the Legacy version but the Legacy Textures are way better but the Conquest model use`s the same Mapping
as the Legacy model so with a little tweaking I can put the Legacy Textures on the conquest model which will give us a higher poly and better looking Nebula class

The standard Fed Starbase looks great and has a look that I really like. It's almost like its the ST: III FSB but still UNDER CONSTRUCTION...

I took Moonraker's FSB textures and made a TMP version of it. Problem is, it needs updated lighting so it will look better.

Romulan ships will not be done really bad textures all 3 ships can be found in the SFC - Legacy Project which are great versions far better then the Conquest versions in all ways

When I get time I`ll take alook that mesh was a nightmare to rip out of conquest had to fix some areas of it
I plan on a updated version of it myself

Posted romulan defender in dropbox few texturing problems with it maybe we can fix it
cant rip the borg tac cube out tried many times just wont work

so that's it for the Project all done for what I can rip out of the game total project time was 8 weeks
it give us a lot of new ships and bases to play with
