Topic: Need help with page settings

I switched browsers and am now using Netscape. 2 problems. Quotes are showing as empty boxes. I am preety sure that there should be comments in them.
 The other one is the very right side of the text is getting cut off and offscreen. Is this something I can adjust in the forum settings or is it a browser issue.

 Oh another item. I am missing small decriptions like when you post, by the checkmark on the bottom it use to
say something like do you want to preview the post. That is missing as well.
