A question for those who have been to Japan...
« on: December 11, 2003, 08:35:54 am »
Ok,I am in the US Navy, assigned to VQ-1.  I am being transfered to NAF Misawa in Northern Japan. The gov't set me up with the flight from CONUS to Narita and then from Haneda to Misawa.  In Misawa is where I will meet my sponser that will escort me around. My question is... how do I get from Narita to Haneda? From what I understand, it is over 80Km away and I don't speak or read a lick of Japanese, much less understand how the train/ bus system works. And the travel dept here isn't too helpful at all.
