Topic: Some help, please?

I've got a few issues with SFC 3 I need some help with.
Firstly, how do I change the sounds in the game?
Secondly, how I get the Nerdlat missions to work? I've stuck them in the correct folder, I've deleted the two .cache files, and when I start up a conquest game...they don't work.
Also, occasionally, when a mission starts, and I hit red alert nothing happens. The officer says "red alert" and I can hear the klaxon, but the sheilds won't raise and the weapons won't fire.


Any ideas?
